Vintage "T&S" blue Esy Hem skirt marker dressmaking adjustable 1940's AUSTRALIA. Steel metal and wood. Baby blue and brown. Adjustable height. 7-20 inch dressmaker / tailor ruler. Model "Esy Hem". Painted finish. Made in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia in 1940's-50's. Similar to the "Pin-It" model. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
