Shipping

We endeavour to ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment if item is not at our brick and mortar store, otherwise it will be up to 3 business days as our brick and mortar store is open Thursday to Sunday. 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We provide regular free shipping when total purchase amount exceeds $99 Aus except for large, very heavy items or furniture. This includes tracking within Australia and should be received within 2+ business days, dependent on location or courier service depending on location or item. If you have a post service preference please leave a note prior to paying for item to obtain a quote. Free regular International postage when total purchase amount exceeds $299 Aus, also includes tracking and postage insurance and should be received between 6+ business days, dependent on location. Other postage options are available with checkout but will incur an additional cost to the buyer. All posted items come with postage insurance.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are measurement and weight based. The measurements and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new or second hand, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (you, the purchaser will pay for return postage if item exceeds $99 or can drop it off at our shop for free.)  We will pay for return in result of our error, or if you have received an incorrect or defective item, etc. We will not pay for return costs for large, very heavy items or furniture and must be delivered back to shop. In some cases if you, the purchaser made an error then you will pay for return postage, please provide tracking when sending return). Item must be returned in same condition as listed.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If damaged during transport, please retain item, packaging, and labels for postage insurance purposes.
