Vintage monk this is my bank thou shall not steel money box bank 1950's JAPAN. Small size, figural shaped. In the form of a Friar Tuck monk. Coin slot on upper back. Original rubber stopper on the base (hard and dry and can't open). Transfer on front, reads as follows: "This is my bank. Thou shalt not steal." Mid-century modern style. Made in Japan in 1950's-60's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
