Vintage mid-century modern MCM style black high gloss 7" dancing lady ceramic figure statue. Ceramic statue figure sculpture glazed black. Depiction of a female dancing. One arm is over her head with her elbow pointed and her hand on her upper back and her other arm is holding up a long skirt or dress, in dance or pose. Similar look to "Royal Haeger" pottery. Mid-century modern MCM / Art Deco / Modernist style. Red stamp on base reads as follows: "Made in China" in both Chinese and English. Made in China in 1980's-90's. Excellent Vintage Condition. No chips or cracks. Light scratches to skirt near base, white ceramic underneath slightly visible through black glaze. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
