Vintage "FUJI PRESS KOGYOSHO COMPANY LIMITED" circus clown wind-up clockwork toy #556 1950's JAPAN. Wind-up, clockwork mechanical toy. Small size. Figural shaped. Depicting a circus clown riding a donkey.  Lithographed tinplate base, plush / flock donkey body and celluloid plastic clown head. Multi-coloured and brown. Donkey hops along by turning key (original key included). Box reads as follows: "Circus clown. Wind up. Made in Japan. 556. Pat 448123 475654." Model #556. Made in Japan in 1950's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Good Vintage Condition, as photographed. Motor works OK, box in fair condition. With original key.
