Vintage dark brown sgraffito mid-century pottery vase 5.5" 1970's. Hand thrown 5.5" squat vase. Dark brown body with light brown exposed through texture. Rough, textured, sgraffito design on front and back of body. Glazed finish both interior and exterior. Very heavy pottery, likely clay or stoneware. Mid-century modern studio art design. Squat body with lipped top. Signed by the artist and numbered on the base but both are illegible. Handmade likely in Australia, in 1970's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula. Excellent Vintage Condition, no chips or cracks.
