Vintage brass cobra snake wine jug vase pitcher Surahi engraved 1950's INDIA. Solid brass. Small size. Intricately hand engraved. Foliage / foliate and bird or animal motifs. Cobra snake shaped figural handle. Would have been used to serve wine and other liquids. Can be used as a decorative piece or a vase for flowers. Original patina. Distressed finish. Has a good weight for its size. Made in India in 1950's-60's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
