Four original vintage 1950-51 Ashes tour badges, English team, Alec Bedser, Brian Close, David Sheppard and Arthur Mclntyre. Australia V's England, Australia was regarded as the stronger team and was a great all round team effort from the Australians, but despite their defeat it was two English players who dominated the series; Len Hutton made 533 runs (88.83) and Alec Bedser took 30 wickets (16.06). England would defeat Australia in 1953, 1954–55 and 1956. The four badges are in very good condition with only minor rust leeching on one (please refer to photos). Excellent for collectors of cricket memorabilia.
