Antique "KORNIES" breakfast cereal clown clapper noise maker paddle 1920's GERMANY. Cardboard advertising paddle for Kornies breakfast cereal. Depiction of a Mr. Punch style clown. Moulded / embossed cardboard. Text reads as follows: "Eat Kornies for breakfast the whole of the wheat." 3 sections clap together when shaken, producing a clapping sound. "Kornies" were manufactured in Australia and New Zealand in 1920's. Made in Germany in 1920's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula. Very rare.
