Antique "H&T." "H. & T." "HILLIARD & THOMASON" sterling silver vesta cartouche 1885 ENGLAND. Small size, rectangular shaped. Hinged lid. Blank scroll shaped cartouche on one side. Etched leaf design. Makers mark and hallmarks on side of lid. Victorian style. Striker to base. X3 original matches. Made in Birmingham, England in 1885. "HILLIARD & THOMASON" were established from 1847-1910. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Good Antique Condition, as photographed. Indentation front and back from thumb.
