Antique wood spice apothecary box drawers cabinet trinket primitive wall 1920's AUSTRALIA. Medium size, rectangular shaped. Door front with steel knob handles and exposed steel hinge opening. Decorative detail on doors. Wooden, mixed solid woods. X4 internal removable drawers with steel knob handles and 2 hidden compartments. Wood inlay detail on top, reads as follows: "Mal." Scalloped apron detail at top. Possibly used for storing spices, apothecary, trinkets, stationary, or jewellery. Freestanding. Could drill a hole in the apron top to make it wall hanging. Stained, rustic finish. Arts & Craft, primitive, country style. Handmade. Unmarked. Likely made in Australia in 1920's-40's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
